Molly was raised in Pennsylvania. Molly began her professional career at the age of thirteen and was a part of Philadelphia's Prince Music Theater. In the Arden Theater production of Into the Woods, she won an award called the Barrymore Award for playing Little Red Ridinghood. Molly reprised the role when Molly performed her Broadway debut in Into the Woods at Broadway, in 2002. She received a Drama League Award for this performance. Molly appeared in the Broadway revival of Fiddler on the Roof (2004). After that, she went to Princeton University and was a member of the Triangle Club. She graduated with a bachelor's degree the year 2008. In this period that she made her film debut in Disney s College Road Trip as Wendy Greenhut. In this period she debuted as Wendy Greenhut in Disney's College Road Trip. Molly has worked on TV shows in shows like Royal Pains, and an HBO Pilot The Wonderful Maladys. Molly played part of the in the 2008 Barrington Stage Company production of The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee and also in the year the Westport Country Theater's production of The Diary of Anne Frank which she performed as Anne. Molly was best known as Ali on the television show Paranormal Activity 2 and for the ABC comedy Last Man Standing written by Jack Burditt, starring Tim Allen.
